I was born and raised in Lincoln, the place where I still live today. Beyond my passion for SEO, I enjoy getting out and about, tending to my allotment where I plant and craft, and quite simply relaxing (being honest, I'm not the most active person!). I also have a keen interest in luxury watches and antiques.

As the founder of Search Mad, I'm responsible for running day-to-day operations. I'm a hands-on SEO specialist, and am responsible for overseeing and managing strategies, performing audits, and coordinating the design and development of our search-friendly websites.

I started my career in digital marketing in 2022, going straight from school into an apprenticeship at a reputable remote-working digital agency. It quickly became more than just a job to me - it’s where my true passion lies.

Initially, I focused solely on PPC, setting up and managing search ads, but thriving on challenges, I was soon drawn to SEO, which is now my specialism. After completing my apprenticeship with top marks, I stayed on at the same agency, becoming a full-time SEO specialist.

For over nine months, I freelanced alongside my 9-5. As levels of work, in early 2025, I took the leap to go full-time independent as a search marketing consultant. While rewarding, it came with its challenges, and after just 6 months, I decided to step back into full-time employment, continuing to help businesses on the side.
